We revisited our 'Water Cycle in a Bag' experiments today. We noticed that there was a lot of water vapor in the bags...
This is because the sun was shining on them, heating the water inside and causing it to evaporate. This was turning to condensation when it hit the inside of the bag, which was cooler. When we gave this condensation a helping hand by gently tapping the outside of the bag, we could see the third stage of the water cycle- precipitation!
