Hi Maheen! I've been looking into this for you and Yamen.

As far as I can tell, it should work once you're using a gmail address. It can't be hotmail or yahoo.

If it still doesn't work and your mum or dad have a Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn account, maybe they could sign in with one of those instead!
