Our project work inspired these oil pastel landscapes. We talked about perspective- how to make things look near or far away- and about how to use complementary colours to create a contrast between land and sky. See the Paint and Colour page!

We have been taking care of our sunflower seeds...and look how they've grown!!

We made butter. We put a marble in a plastic bottle and added double cream. Then we shook as hard as we could...

We are learning about money in 2nd Class Red. 

We planted sunflower seeds. It is spring- the correct time of year to sow the seeds. We will look after them carefully by watering them regularly. They should flower in the summer! Thanks Aisling!!!
